Botox & Filler

Gently releasing what should be eased,
filling what has emptied, just enough

Botox and filler release excessive muscle action with toxin and restore lost volume with hyaluronic acid, refining lines and contours naturally — the best-known injectable procedures.

Where, how much, how —
the plan decides the result

Even with the same toxin, where, how much and how it is placed changes the quality of the result.

01

Where

We assess muscle thickness and movement by area to decide where to place it, from the glabella, forehead and eye area to the masseter.

02

How long

We plan a dose that eases the lines while keeping expression, so the face never looks stiff or unnatural.

03

How

We match left–right balance carefully so nothing is uneven, review progress at 2–4 weeks and advise a touch-up if needed.

Toxin releases;
hyaluronic acid fills

Botulinum toxin briefly pauses the signal to the muscle, easing expression lines deepened by repeated contraction. Because it is not permanent it is easy to adjust, and its range is broad — from glabellar, forehead and eye lines to masseter contour and dermal texture.

Hyaluronic acid is a component naturally present in the dermis that holds water, creating volume and hydration together. The change is visible right after injection, and it can be reversed with a dissolving enzyme if you are unhappy with it.

Choices that change
with the area and the product

Horizontal forehead lines, glabellar frown lines and fine lines around the eyes are softened by precise injection into the expression muscles. For a square jaw, injection into the masseter slims the contour; where the shoulder line stands out, the trapezius is refined. From chin dimpling to prominent neck bands, the target muscle changes by area, keeping the balance of the whole face in view.

Botulinum toxin products differ by how they are purified. Xeomin is a pure (150 kDa) formulation with complexing proteins removed and is known to carry a lower risk of neutralising antibodies with repeated treatment, while Korean-made products balance reasonable cost with proven results. Skin Botox is an application in which toxin is micro-injected into the dermis to address pores, sebum and skin texture.

Deepened nasolabial and mouth lines are filled with a medium-viscosity product, while hollowed cheeks and midface are supported with a high-elasticity volume product. A firm contouring product is used for a defined jawline and V-line, a dedicated product with natural movement for the lips, and a soft formulation for under-eye hollows and fine lines.

Hyaluronic acid fillers differ in texture and longevity according to their cross-linking technology. Juvéderm's VYCROSS technology blends high- and low-molecular-weight HA for a smooth texture and long duration; Restylane's strength is its NASHA and OBT range specialised by area. Belotero's CPM technology integrates varying densities into one matrix so it blends naturally into tissue, helping to reduce lumpiness and the Tyndall effect.

The Butler principle

Only genuine toxins and fillers approved by the Korean MFDS are used, in measured amounts, and you can check the opening, the dilution and the sealed pre-filled syringe with us just before the procedure. A medical team with an anatomical grounding in facial muscles and vasculature decides the site, depth and dose directly, and safety procedures are observed with a dissolving enzyme kept on hand for any eventuality. Progress is reviewed at 2–4 weeks and a touch-up advised if needed, working towards a result that is not excessive, with the harmony of the whole face first.

Who it suits

02

Those who want to refine muscular contours such as the jaw and trapezius

03

Those whose nasolabial and mouth lines have deepened

04

Those looking tired from lost volume in the cheeks, midface and under-eyes

05

Those who want to refine the jawline and lips naturally

06

About the procedure

Step 1. Consultation and assessment

Step 2. Analysis of expression and facial proportion, then planning product, area and dose

Step 3. Topical anesthesia (if needed) and disinfection

Step 4. Precise injection with a microneedle or cannula

Step 5. Refining the shape and checking left–right balance

Step 6. Soothing the treated area and aftercare guidance

Aftercare

  • Please do not touch or press the injection area for 4–24 hours after the procedure.
  • Please avoid alcohol, saunas and strenuous exercise on the day of the procedure.
  • Please avoid facial massage and hot environments for 2 weeks.
  • Please minimize sun exposure and keep the skin well moisturized.
  • Bruising and swelling mostly settle naturally within days to 2 weeks.
  • Please contact us immediately if you notice asymmetry, lumps, severe pain or changes in vision.

FAQ

[Botox] Will repeated treatment build resistance?

Rarely, neutralising antibodies may form and reduce the effect, and the likelihood rises with excessive doses repeated at intervals shorter than three months. Receiving an appropriate dose all at once every 4–6 months, rather than splitting it across visits, can lower that likelihood. Pure formulations with complexing proteins removed, such as Xeomin, are also known to carry a lower risk of antibody formation, so the product can be adjusted if needed.

[Filler] Can it be reversed if I do not like the result?

Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with a hyaluronidase injection, so it can be adjusted if needed — a significant safety advantage.

Can Botox and filler be done together?

Yes. Dynamic lines made by movement can be softened with Botox, while static lines and contours from lost volume can be filled with filler, complementing each other in three dimensions. The timing and order are adjusted by the doctor to suit your condition.

Will the result look unnatural?

By planning the right dose for each area, the movement of expression muscles is preserved, and only as much as needed is injected with the whole facial proportion in mind, so improvement can look natural rather than obvious. Results vary between individuals.
